We’ve had some amount of guff FB signings/loanees in recent seasons. Toljan, Braafheid, Janko, Izzy MkII, Blackett ... and huge questionmarks already about Boli ... and probably Perez and Gutman as well, by all accounts!

Big Hatem looks good so far though.

From my perspective I really hope that Boli is your best LB...what a disaster..I'd put money on him being the first red card in the old firm game..totally buckled under pressure.... but agree that your RB looks pretty solid...who would have thought

On the game tonight-overall I thought we did fine. Some decent passages of play against a decent team. Lennon said we are a work in progress defensively-much if that probably stems from Boli. Early signs aren’t great. He just doesn’t look like a defender. He’s probably going to be handy getting crosses into the box against teams that sit in when we’re playing in Scotland, but he looks a liability at a higher level. Morgan looks out his depth as well. Maybe he needs a goal for a confidence boost, but I’m not convinced.

We’ve put ourselves in a good position for the return leg, which is what you want if you can’t have the game killed off in the first leg.

Boli is a Lennon signing. Rodgers always signed footballers first athletes second.

Boli is typical of the modern footballer. A good athlete but can't actually play football.

I’m not even interested in watching him horse my wife.
