Are we saying that if Berwick had played Brora there would have been 10,000 at it?

I'm saying that Queens Park normally get double that crowd for their league games.
It kills the argument that playing Celtic colts will be a big draw and give the clubs money.

Good to see you give a fvck, at least Ivan.
I don't really, but seems to me if colts can compete then that has to be good for the lads development - if they cant' they'll go out early doors anyway. No biggie.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It devalues what was once an important competition for lower league clubs mate.
This was a cup that Championship teams and League one teams would look to win, which for clubs that never win anything is actually quite a big deal. But now the cup is a total farce and the whole thing has been completely devalued to the extent that most Championship clubs aren't taking it seriously at all.
I think it's a crying shame and it's all for the benefit of a small number of Premiership clubs who shouldn't have anything to do with it.

I don't think playing the Colts is the issues.
Every team has less crowds for cup games never mind one that's named after a flucking Chocolate biscuit.
But it is the issue. One of the main reasons given for introducing the colts was that it would give a financial benefit to lower league clubs. It hasn't. All it's done is devalue their cup competition.
BSC Glasgow are Broomhill
Decent set up. They have youth teams right through from under 21’s to fun 4’s

Do they have a senior team? What league do they play in?

I think that's the argument to a league campaign with them in it. Not some cup compeition that gets passed around Scottish brands like Michelle McMannus at a Buffet.

Maybe they need to publicise these "Colts" games better.

while this is painful today, i don't feel the same sense of hate and anger that Ivan felt the day we signed armstrong and GMS.

Both situations were extremely painful for me, and I don't thank either of you for reminding me of them.

So which half of the Colt teams were pumped out?
Brora Rangers are a decent side btw, full of semi-pros and ex Caley/County players.
They should really be in the national leagues rather than the Highland League but didn't want the costs involved so chucked the playoff game a coke of seasons ago.
5/12 were eliminated.
not quite half, but not far off it.
i didn't want to use decimal places so I rounded up.
You always round down if it's below half.
Amateur supporter of an amateur team.
I expect nothing less from you tbh 😂
Jokes and p¡ss takes aside, Coce Rangers are in a similar position to Brora.
A decent side

Did no one mention that Celtic signed promising Rangers youngster Liam Burt on Tuesday, he scored the winning pen against Queenspark to put us through the same night
