They’re footballers, they play football!
Any player could’ve got injured in a preseason game just as easily as this one. When you win one of the European trophies you have to play this game.
I love the Super Cup and looking the players who win it each year so do the players.
It's worth a few quid too.
Would be nice to win, get the first trophy in the bag and a nice confidence boost. But yeah, I would definitely be considering a bit of rotation for the game if I were Klopp.

Again we have played our friendlies for match fitness and now we are in our match season.
Do we really need to be travelling to Turkey and that entails for one match, that really does not affect a teams prowess in the course of things

We should have won it last time we were in it. Referee was corrupt, was a joke. Although doesn't compare to the time Barca put Chelsea out of the CL. That referee should have been sacked on the spot.
