We are going to have to watch our step tonight, taking liberties the way we did at Burton last year could easily end with a similar result.

Obviously there will be plenty of changes, but looking forward to see how such as Jenkinson, Ribeiro, Samba, Sow, and a few others get on. Tonight is a good opportunity for many to stake a claim for Saturday.

I never knew Forest turned down Joey Barton as a youngster. I know they let Shaun Wright Phillips go for those reasons when he was in the Academy here.

I think Ameobi should start on Saturday although I think he may turn out to be one of those who is more effective coming off the bench. Bostock and especially Sow could also have a chance of starting at the expense of Watson.

Ameobi always blew hot and cold at Bolton. Capable of the sublime but also capable of easily losing his way, along with possession. Hoping that surrounded by better players he will get some consistency.. .
