See Lenny was bemoaning the fact that we were "so passive in the first half". The barking decision to play CalMac at LB (widely flagged up as barking BEFORE kick-off) undoubtedly contributed to that ... BUT passive first halves have become a recurring theme for this group of players for quite along time now. For much of BR's last 12 months our players were phoning it in first half, then just doing enough in the second to get the job done (more often than not). Not sure how or why that attitude was allowed to become ingrained. It looked to have been eradicated by Lenny's promising domestic start this campaign, but I don't think it was that type of complacency that was the problem last night ... team just collectively sh@t it right from the get go, bar a few honourable exceptions.

I'd rather timmy was Celtic Manager for the next match.

I was convinced we were going to play 352 with McGregor in CM and Christie up top playing just off Eddie.

How many times has McGregor at left back fecked us now? He's our best midfielder so we lose everything he offers there and he's poor at left back (not his fault) so we get exposed. Hardly a surprise we lost.

Same here, for me it was the only conceivable formation with that line up.

We have far better players than Cluj, but Lenny and Brown blew it, equal blame for those 2 in my opinion.

Not gonna let it ruin my enthusiasm for the new season, we're playing some excellent attacking football and hopefully with another couple of players we'll have a very strong squad capable of winning the league and putting up a good showing in the Europa.

If anyone on this planet still believes Brown deserves a starting spot, meet me at Xscape pronto. This cannot go on any longer with this imposter.

This season should see Broony being used less and less. Some games he can be great but a hindrance in others. I can’t think of any other games where he was subbed as happened last night.

The way it finished last night BTW ... with 3 strikers on the park and just lumping balls forward. WTF?! I know we were desperate for a goal by then, but that doesn't even work on PlayStation.
