If we're going down the less magical path then one moment I distinctly remember was waiting outside the park lane for Arsenal to be released.

This happened every season (them, Chelsea and West Ham), were held back to let the crowds disperse before they had to run the Tott High Road gauntlet. All that does, of course, is allow time for Spurs fans from all stands to gather waiting.

An arsenal scarfer wearing his Arsenal shirt with his son (maybe 8?) came out, clearly talked his way out 'early' cos he had to be somewhere. And you can guess the ending. Was set upon by Spurs fans in front of his distraught son.

Was tough to see. Police wrapped them up quite quickly but that's a memory that boy will never forget. Can't imagine how much he hates Spurs.

I was there when David Busst got his horrific injury. Didn’t really know what had happened until later as I was right at the other end (Stretford End).

I was also there when Fergie’s original Fledglings beat Liverpool with a goal from Russel Beardsmore.

This makes me sound like a hooligan. I wasn't waiting for anyone. Just...ya know...it's fun to watch. Til it's not.

I was there when Shilton single-handedly kept Spurs (and Jimmy Greaves in particular) at bay for a much needed victory. The best goalkeeping display I can remember over 90 minutes. I was also there, standing close to the same place inside the White Hart Lane ground,10 months later in October 1968 to see Greavesie’s hat-trick and what is widely regarded as his best-ever goal.

England’s greatest ever striker.

I was there when Lamela set up Eriksen for the winner against City in 2016.

I was also there to start the Danny Rose chant when he was getting roasted by Zaha. He gave us a little clap

I was there when Utd played Spurs at the lane, my 1st game. Spurs won 2-1. and Gazza went for a throw in, right in front of me. and when he went to get the ball, he went on all fours and pretended to sniff/ lick the Linesman’s crotch...
My dad wasn’t impressed, said to me, ‘son, choose Utd’, so I did.
Best decision ever....

I was at the Rheinstadion in Dusseldorf when Pierre Littbarsky scored direct from a corner to beat Peter Shilton in a Germany v England friendly in the late 80's.

Just seen Michael Knighton being interviewed on Granada Reports. Anyone there when he did his ball juggling act at OT in 1989?

Good input on the site by flash

Take any pick from 25 years of going but I’ll never. Forget the atmosphere in the Barcelona game where we could have had anywhere from 1 to 4 penalties.

Also remember against spurs, both games after our legends had died, Matthew Harding and Peter osgood. Fantastic atmosphere and both minutes silence flawlessly completed by both fans. Will never forget how well the spurs fans treated both minutes silence.

Lot of memories of Spurs and WHL from non-spurs fans.

1985 Wales 3-0 Spain. Sparky scores a brilliant goal, and behind me the swansea and cardiff contingent are knock seven bells out of each other.
