Not a team we have done well against recently, Saturday would be a good time to start. I fancy the trickies to nick this one 2-1.

Could be a thumping 3.0 to the Reds

Then again

3 pts a must here as I think we'll only manage 1 pt max from the 2 away matches.

I could see Watson and cash missing out with Jenkinson and one of Sow or Bostock getting a start

Agree that the difference between winning and losing probably sits with Lolley performance, fingers crossed he is on it 👍

Adomah’s place probably most at threat following the Leeds performance. Wasn’t very effective. Ameobi somewhat fluffed his lines in his dress rehearsal against Fleetwood, though.

Forest desperate for some invention on the final third. A left field suggestion would be to push Cash up the right wing and stick Jenkinson in and see if they can work some magic down that flank?

Sow sounds readier for a start than Bostock from what I heard of the Fleetwood game. He has that bit of devilment in him that would be perfect for a game against the likes of Brum who have generally tried to bully Forest over the years.

I think we’d all like to see Grabban throw our doubts back at us and really put a performance in. A few goals would really boost the side and dispel these concerns about lack of striking options.

I would love to see Forest really kick start the season now with a thumping 3-0 win. I don’t think Brum will like that idea. They’ll be sore from being smashed 3-0 at Pompey in the League Cup so will desperate not to suffer another defeat. Also don’t see Forest really picking teams apart at the moment, unless they can replicate that first 10 minutes against WBA on a more regular basis.

I’ll go for a cagey 2-1 victory for the Tricky Trees with Semedo and Grabban scoring.

Pretty sunny day in Notts today. Bit blustery but good conditions for a kick about.

Will, I don't really have any doubts about Grabban. He is a box type striker; only comes alive when he and the ball are in the box. A bit like Billy Sharpe who scored goals everywhere except for us because he didn't receive the right service. Ball at his feet in the box and he is a different player.

Heard a bit on the radio. Sounds like Forest are being allowed to play by Brum unusually.

It’s Forest’s to throw away now and Muric does a good Pantillimion impression to nearly gift one back.

I know, are they lulling Forest into a false sense of security before smashing them in the second half?...🤔
