You do a workbook and a load of e-learning, and you have to plan, deliver and evaluate practical coaching sessions under an FA coaches observation - you have to deliver a certain amount of hours practical coaching time, I forget how much. Then you have to do first aid and safeguarding courses, and get your DBS checks done. Works out about 5 days of practical, plus written/e-learning stuff in your own time.

Problem is this decision today is to do with a nonsensical rule change, but worse than that, a rule change that has been implemented because of VAR.

As long as the rule is applied equally across board, I don't have a problem withgh that.
But I suspect Liverpool will get a lot of subjective favours from the VAR people during the course of this season.

KLS - there’s no way of knowing what effect VAR would have had on the league.

Firstly, much of it is subjective - just like the Kompany ‘red card’.

Secondly, and most importantly, it’s impossible to know what may or may not have happened if a certain decision had gone a different way.

No mention of the James miler offside at west ham but even then, without that goal there is a chance Liverpool could have scored a legitimate goal anyway.

The Company incident would not have been reviewed under VAR anyway as it did not lead to a goal. Dont know why this imbecile keeps referring to it.

You got given the goose that lays the golden egg, resulting in literally billions being spent constructing a team / squad, resulting in you going from extremely poor "making up the numbers" team, to winning cups on a regular basis. If that money had gone elsewhere, you would still be nowhere as you were 10 years ago. You don't have a divine right to win everything, and need to stop bleating like 5 year old when something very occasionally does not go your way. Just appreciate what you have been given, and remember where you were before the money started rolling in.

It did happen and the referees correctly applied the rules. They deemed it accidental so goal stood.

They changed the rules in the summer so any handball in the lead up to a goal, accidental or not, will be deemed a foul. Therefore, correct decision again yesterday.

Cry about it.
