True. Some rivals are crowing, but they'll find out soon enough. Have to say that I'm still peed off after yesterday. These changes to the game haven't improved it. Mostly it was the handball change that was the problem yesterday. However VAR is a real killer for fans in the stadium. Comparisons are made to cricket, but in cricket the decision review uses technology that generally removes subjectivity. In football with VAR we are just getting a different subjectvity a lot of the time, and not a lot of consistency. Also in cricket the reviews are requested by the captains. So at least you know what's going on. The whole concept of palpable error seems to have gone out the window.

I'm more peed off with our finishing that Var, that chalked off goal should not have made any difference.

We battered them and it should have been over before that decision at the end. The chances we missed, thats not good enough. I suppose we will just have to put it down to one of those days.

Btw... we all know the rules as to why our last minute goal was disallowed yesterday. But if it had clipped the arm of the defender instead are those being given as penalties now? Eg united in Paris?

This is what some fans spend all their time on the internet doing. Manipulating facts and events so as to later try to make Liverpool fans look bad while claiming not to care about Liverpool at the same time.

Can you imagine their behaviour if they eventually win the league?

In all seriousness though. How daft are we being happy with last season. How dare fans celebrate winning the CL.

VAR facked us over in the CL final. never in a million years should that have been handball by sissoko ffs. ball belted at him from a yard away and hits the upper most part of his arm next to his chest. facking joke. VAR is ok, the rules are just a joke.

also facked over in the CL quarter final first leg v city when that was given hand ball against rose. another ridiculous decision. luckily aguero missed the pen
