I saw this story earlier in the week
I am conflicted on how i feel
on one hand sanchez has been a disastrous signing but on the other hand I will not bet against him finding form if played centrally in the mata/lingard role
Haven’t read the link, who’s paying his wages?
Without Sánchez, Pogba and Matic, you'll be sorry come second half of the season
As long as they are willing to pay all or most of his wages.
Wouldnhaving sanxhez as an option be that bad?
Unless he's a bad influence?

My thoughts as well. Letting him go leaves us very short in attack.
He's one of 5 options we currently have for 3 positions. Greenwood is one of those, and I don't think he'd ideally be playing on a regular basis at his age. I do find it bizarre that we seem hell-bent on leaving ourselves with no attacking options. With our injury history, it's not just taking a risk, it's making a shortage of numbers in attacking areas inevitable

It would leave our attacking options as Rashford, Martial, Lingard, Mata, James, Greenwood, Chong and Gomes.
Not a lot of experience there.

Yeah he has been no doubt. But if he stays who knows if ole can get something out of him
Also interesting that the ultra reliable Fabrizio Romano has quoted Sanchez wage at 300k rather than the 500k the tabloids spout.

Maybe he had his pay cut after we failed to qualify for CL
that guy has tweeted plenty of guff about transfers
They reached an agreement for Darmian as well as a free agent.
30 year old Alexis seems to have lost it completely when came to OT. He’s a bad influence in the squad. He's offering us zilch. Gomes could replace him hopefully

His altercation of late with Greenwood - He's not a team player - a loner according to Arsenal chiefs when said it out to man utd.

A training ground altercation is no big deal. They happen all the time. It's no Berkovic v Hartson. It's just lazy journalism as they're looking for a reason to comment on Sanchez's situation

Not one reputable source reported the altercation.
And he may be a loner but you get people like that in the majority of work places. Doesn’t make them a bad influence.
Comfortably one of the worst signings the club has made in recent times
Shame, used to be a player at arsenal, the man who ruined Darmian
Sanchez doesn’t integrate with anyone in the squad he’s always been this way apparently. Having a player that shiiiiiit on, the money he’s on, isolating himself from the group is not the way Ole’s trying to build up this squad morale. And most importantly he’s absolute shiiiiiiiiit.
We should have brought in a striker because him and Lukaku are going. But just because we haven’t doesn’t mean we should keep Sanchez, he offers nothing.
We’ll have to address it again in January if we are struggling for goals, as expected.
