Getting points while playing badly and getting the fack dominated out of you is a sign of a good team.

There’s a new rule in place about your point playing it from the back and it can provide a platform for drawing in opposition team specially teams that press from the front. Imagine LLoris plays it directly to CB in the midfield against a team like City, their front three would swoon on him. By playing from the back through the D zone, you can get the front pressing players to leave gaps as they chase to press. It did work. Most of the time though once we did the first bit, our full backs just played a square ball rather than move forward.
They played the same system but their FBs moved forward with the ball.
Whenever we broke free and ran forward to attack, they fouled to break the momentum. Only Sterling got yellow card for one incident but Bernardo should’ve got a yellow too. He kept Rose in check by fouling him whoever Rose ran up the flank.

Two very good teams with same system. The main difference is that in key positions, their players are much better than ours.

We got a draw and scours TWO goals against a team that many don’t score even ONE and got a point so be happy

problem is we couldnt get hold of the ball our midfield was over run even with the much lauded N'dombele. Kane was left issolated up front hardly touched the ball, Poch set up the team to defend clearly.

The truth is Spurs midfield was overrun yesterday, even with the great new signing, NDombele.
And weakness at RB was obvious, as we all knew it would be!
Pochettino says that the team is still "unsettled", and will be until the European transfer window closes and everyone knows who's at NWHL and who's not.

So be prepared for a few more "unsettling" performances!
