If Lingard connected or Martial connected twice we might have scored 3 easy goals. It seems since SAF left we are the side who drops the most points from dominating games. Its better to be lucky than good. Cant believe Rashford didnt take Pen. I had a feeling Pogba wont score.

If we play Mata it should be central and from the start. He's nobodies idea of a dynamic sub.

im loathe to blame the ref. we didn't win today entirely down to ourselves.

but, the standard of officiating was poor and I would really like an explanation as to why their goal stood but sterlings didn't. was identical. part of his body was clearly offside on the return pass and their silly red line was clearly ahead of the blue line they drew from our defences feet.

We probably had 80% territorial possession. I think we are just jinxed. I seen so many games we dropped points in since SAF left and teams can create virtually nothing and score while we waste a lot.

Frustrating performance, could have been a good 3pts

Ole’s subs were poor. Needed to change things earlier and move Pogba further up the pitch.

just because the striker stands on the ball when through on goal, or miscues I over the bar or which ever disaster seemed to happen when staring down the goal doesn't mean we didn't create chances,

that's the point you're missing here.

It may not have been a chance, but it was a shot on target.

We created a few half chances. The issue is we had plenty of the ball but can hardly feel we deserved to win the game because their goalkeeper played a blinder. Bar the penalty save he barely had to do anything.

Our issue is with creativity and will dog us all season

I doubt Wolves will create as little at home as they did this game all season. We defended near perfect and conceded a worldie. I suppose City dominated even more and drew but Man Utd and Man City look the most impressive teams so far this season in how we are playing.

It wasn’t though as the referee ruled it out so was just a guy kicking a ball at the keeper with no actual relevance to the game as the ball was dead at that point

Spurs look as good as anyone!

We needed to create not just more but better chances. I haven’t come out of that game feeling like our finishing let us down - like in the same fixture last year - it was more like the FA Cup game, from an attacking standpoint.
