I would probably go with that with the only caveat that Arsenal have only played Newcastle and Burnley.

I do have a feeling though that Arsenal are going to do well and may even sneak a result in their next game against Liverpool.

Liverpool haven't been convincing but winning whilst not playing well is a good sign.

Can’t argue with that but it is only 2 games. Liverpool keep finding a way to get over the line by hook or crook though.

I would say we were convincing against Norwich when we thrashed them 4-1 and should have scored seven or 8. Not so much against Southampton who tried the high energy approach knowing we'd just played a cup final in Istanbul into extra time and penalties. We still got the result, which many wouldn't have in those circumstances.

Top of the league, trophy under the belt and looking good.

Defensively though Norwich got in behind your defence time and again and with better finishing it could have been different, until you got your 2nd goal Norwich were the better team I thought.

Will be interesting to see your defence against Laca and Aub.

Liverpool are playing at about 40% of their ability.
Still top, looking good.😀
Think we'll put a fair few past that Arsenal defence.

Liverpool's forwards will put them in the top 2 if they can stay fit.

Upto now though I'd say United look most improved whilst City look like champions again

Like I said, it could be down to tiredness. But so far, Liverpool have not really looked convincing.

Norwich opened up your defence with ease in the first half and could have scored a couple. Ditto Southampton.
Play like that against Arsenal this weekend and you could be in for a shock.

Well have to concede maybe 5 to lose to Arsenal.
Can't see it somehow.

The best defence in Europe might have something to do with Liverpool getting a top 2 finish also.😉

I’ve been reading about how great City look and how poor our defence looks. Who’s in first place??

Liverpool are a good team. But while others improved during the Summer, they stood still.

This is why I think they won't finish second this season.
