Great achievement, excellent keeper (despite the occasional brain fart) just don't think he should be captain of Spurs
Brilliant signing for us - just wish his kicking would improve.
Best Spurs GK in at least the last 3 decades. Hugo
couldnt believe we signed him at the time probably in our top 5 signings even. amazing shot stopper but has his glaring weaknesses like most players. he isnt captain material but saying that he has captained France since a relatively young age in keeper terms.
Hugo heres to 300 more
Was going to do the champagne emoji but I think Lloris has had enough for that
Best goalkeeper outside of Sandy's era

Best goalkeeper outside of Sandy's era
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sandy spans multiple eras
Hugo
Big Pat Jennings - best keeper ever in a spurs shirt
Hugo a short step behind
Hugo, but agree, shouldn’t be Captain
Sizz - you’ve been missed elsewhere
Spurs have had lots of great goalkeepers over the years.
Remember, Hugo Lloris is also captain of the French national team, current world champions.
For me, the top Spurs keeper ever was the great Ted Ditchburn.
He competed with the legendary Bert Trautmann of Man City, who one time played a winning FA Cup final with a broken neck.
Whenever City came to WHL the antics of the two keepers, Ted at one end, Bert at the other, swinging from the crossbar, somersaults, etc. were a terrific pre-match show.

Mighty
Best spurs keeper of my lifetime
Some facts about Big Pat:
Made is international debut for Northern Ireland in the same match as George Best
First goalie to save 2 pens in the same match in top flight football
1st goalkeeper to score in open play in history
Could throw the ball single handed into the opposition half.
Mastered the art of a single handed save from a cross into his box
......and many more ...
https://youtu.be/-sNQ6xo5vhI
Only one negative - he moved to Highbury in 1977
HUGO
Shoutout for Rose's 200th game too.
We have had some great goalkeepers from Ted Ditchburn, Bill Brown, Pat Jennings, Ray Clemence, Erik Thorsvedt & we can add Hugo to that list too
Pat Jennings was a legend. Just a pity he played for such a sh!t club.
