I imagine pogba lost the ball in a deep position and for me this is not where pogba should be. his creativity is blunted and he does not anticipate danger so will lose the ball in silly situation.

`i mentioned this all summer signing maguire was not the answer. We needed a quality cdm and to play pogba higher up the pitch where he is more of a danger top oppo than to his own team

Yep this was pretty obvious. We need a player that can give some control in the middle of the pitch and help in transition.

It doesn’t help that our forwards can’t keep the ball either. Unless they’re facing up defenders they are not good enough in possession, which is why the ball keeps coming back at our defence putting it under needless pressure.
