In what way? For example you hear about Hazard having a really good game sometimes, and then you watch what happened and see he scored an amazing goal or did something similar. Like the Liverpool and West ham goals last season. But inbetween those sorts of performances, you never really hear about him and his stats are good but not really elite when you compare them to a Salah, or a Mane, or a Sterling or, looking beyond the premier league, players like Neymar and Mbappe.

Mane is a better player than Salah but Salah is extremely effective as an individual. Mane better link up play, teamwork etc.
