Guy will be a top talent before long, great attitude, skilful superb vision and passing range. You’ve got a real talent on your hands, to go with the ones Franks giving game time too now.

I agree with you about Tino, I think Gilmour or him will be the next ones to break through, albeit Gilmour has a head start on Tino having played a big part in pree-season and made the bench for the Super Cup.

That said it does worry that when Reece James and CHO return we will heavily reliant on youth and will need to manage the blend of youth and experience.

That may go against them both in the immediate future.

Castillo would also be my dark horse to understudy Emerson as well, which would allow us to cash in on Alonso whilst his stock remains fairly high in Spain.

I honestly think we will see Willian and Alonso moved on before the window in europe shuts

I think with the loss of Hazard it might be premature letting Willian go as well given the age of our other wide attacking players other than Pedro.

That said he has to produce more than he did in his abject cameo v Leicester!

I think Castillo will be used as a winger from now

If Conor Gallagher continues in his rich vein of form at Charlton. Lampard might be in dilemma next season

Gilmour actually looks ready to go out on loan. Looked good in pre season. A championship loan would be great for him.

We probably have too many good youth players that are ready to take the step up to first team football. Good problem to have but it could mean we end up losing some top talent.

I think this season should be all about getting Tammy, Mount, Cho and Reece James into the first team. Next season we can look at Gilmour, Anjorin and the returning Ampadu

id agree

except with gilmour, i think he might break into the first team this season and would be one that is better off developed here in a specific system and way of playing. he would be brilliant in the no 10 role behind the striker and possibly deeper

but yes the others will go on loan i think eventually and if gallagher continues well then lamps will deffo have a dilema

but a good one

Nah I’d send him out on loan. Let him play every week. At Chelsea he’ll probably make 2 appearances if he’s lucky. He has 6 midfielders ahead of him atm. Next season move Barkley on and see if this guy is ready to take the next step.

We made a mistake with Ampadu last season by keeping him at the club. Should’ve been loaned out. Hope we’ve sent him out to the right club.

TLLL would send Frank Lampard and Jody Morris out on loan if he had the chance!
