at one time arguably the best player in the league
Nah
The big issue will always be the idiot who sanctioned the wages.

Arguably, yes.
I thought he was a cracking player at Arsenal and was chuffed when we signed him. Although I was wrong and he has been poor for us, I don't blame him. He tried his best and wanted to be a success as much as I wanted him to be

Not at all. There was a time when he was right up there with KDB as the best in the league.
Robb, I have been saying for a while that he simply had too many miles on the clock. I went back and trawled through his career and he has played a lot of football and a lot of summer football. He has played 130 times for his county at 30 years old! Becks in contrast had 115 by the time he was 34 I think?

No I am not but I can understand why it is debateable.
You clearly can not which makes you an utter idiot.
Saying that this is already known by your pi$$ poor posting history.
Never as good as hazard but definitely top 3 or 5 at one point. Cracking player. Also was at a poor team

Not a bad assessment. Never close to being the best though unless you want to say best at giving the ball away
He was arguably the best player in the league in 16/17, where he had 34 combined goals and assists. His decline was dramatic although kind of understandable when you see the amount of football he played, with hindsight anyway.

Rubbish. There is an argument he was the best player in 16/17 season. If arsenal had won the league that season he would probably have got poty, but instead it went to Kante.
Didn’t realise just how many games he’d played. Knew it was a lot but definitely shows why he’s fallen off a form cliff.
-------------------
People have been saying on here for the last 18 months about the amount of games he's played, the lack of summer breaks, how he's been playing first team from 17 etc
You were busy trying to convince everyone he was improving at first... I get it was in hope he'd come good
He's bound to be remembered as a top player though, not for us obv, but for arsenal and Chile for sure
Fack off then you nonce

Sums you up perfectly there. A nobody.
At 30, Sanchez has taken part in over 720 senior games. For the sake of context, when Wayne Rooney left Manchester United to join Everton – a moment which occurred long after his decline had begun and burn-out had been diagnosed – he had played in somewhere within the region of 680 games.
——————————
That is pretty astonishing. I always heard how, and was dimly aware that, he’d played a lot of football, but I never realised it was quite like that. Rooney was basically ever-present for club and country and yet... it’s an amazing stat.
Good read that, thanks for sharing OP

Tbf he gave away the ball a lot because he was the one doing everything for them at one point. Salah misses a fair few chances, as does sterling. Doesn't mean they are still not great.
Sanchez also won the ball back a lot to even lose it in the first place.

Not disputing that, but it's always going to be higher risk in his game, could have kept it better though.
He was a very good player but he was never in the very top bracket of players to have played in the PL.
