Does any supporter seriously think Spurs will turn up?
----------
I think it's possible yes.

When do they ever turn up in a big away match, even when they are not playing too badly.
-------------
Beat United away last season and beat Arsenal away in the cup. Beat Chelsea away the season before.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sandy's just doing that thing when if we get anything out of the game he'll go "did you really think I was getting against spurs oh how silly you all are"

Absolutely tragic
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course. He will turn any potential win into making out he was right all along.

The only way Spurs can even get a point is they have another complete fluke day out like at City. Lightening as they say does not strike twice though. All I am trying to do is save a lot of you from total disappointment, when the inevitable defeat comes on Sunday.

Er no I am not doing that at all, you really do have a vivid imagination. The only tragic thing is you thinking Spurs are going to get something at the Emirates.

Doesnt require a vivid imagination to think you're going to do that - we've seen you do it after the ajax game ffs

Utter shambles really. 3 signings and they have barely featuredwhilst the likes of Arsenal are integrating all their signings in. Injury ravaged season again. Turmoil behind the scenes. Already getting f*** off with Spurs and the season has barely started
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Don, the season will quickly unravel in the next month or so. Have you seen our away fixtures this side of the New Year, and haven't won away from home since February, and with our inability to even beat teams like Newcastle at home, it don`t bode well. I expect the manager to be gone this side of Xmas.

That was a completely fluke win, 3-0 down on aggregate with barely 25 minutes left, that only happens in 1/1000 times. It probably won`t ever happen again in your lifetime.

Bet he starts Lamela to try and get in there faces
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How will Lamela get in anyone's face
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He'll put his face into someone else's face. Obvs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, how will that help us win?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It probably won’t help us win. But he’s a poch favourite and he picks him to run a lot put a few challenges in and try and upset there game.

Personally I rate Lamela one bit but like I say when he’s fully fit he tends to start

I didn`t claim anything of the sort. Ajax were the best team we had faced, and I was pleased we won, but in reality we should have been knocked out.

Anyway why are you harping on about last season, that is long gone. This season is already showing every sign of being our worst for years. Need to forget about reaching the CL Final, and start thinking of replacement managers.

Sorry mate, but if you want to get into pedantic schoolboy stuff from last season, then you can argue with yourself. Trolling back through posters old posts is for 16 year olds. Grow up.

Sorry Sandy but if you’re gonna trot out contentious opinions that directly contradict other contentious opinions you’ve put out, then people will pull you up on it.

Last season you were demanding Poch out when we hit a bad patch. Then you were poo-pooing that when we made the CL final. Now you’re calling for his head again. You’ve veered from claiming we’ll win the PL and CL double to claiming this team and manager won’t win a brass farthing on a week to week basis over the last few years. As I said to you before, you lurch from one extreme to the next with no middle ground - then act surprised and offended that people hold you to account for your opinions.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

My opinion, mate you may not like it, but it is what it is. No poster has the right to try to stifle opinions on the board. Every opinion has to be respected. As I said I form my opinions on results. If Spurs are doing well, then he will get my backing, if as the past six months he is performing rubbish results and performances, then I will continue to call for his head.

It is only a matter of time before he goes. Obviously Levy has already had him in his office to ask what is going on.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been pretty consistent in my wanting him gone for a while, so hardly flip flopping, and why pick me out in particular, plenty of other posters are hugely dissatisfied with what is going on. Just I have the ballllls to get off the fence and say it as it is.

If supporters are happy with four prem wins in six months, then they must easily be pleased.

posted on 30/8/19

Question to Poch:-

Which Arsenal players from the past would you like to have played with or have on your team?

Maybe play against? Yes, I want to play against Paul Merson, to kick him. I kick with all my love.

———-
No it doesn’t. Opinions have to be credible. Repeatedly contradict yourself and your opinion loses credibility.

—————-
You were calling for his head after half a dozen games of poor results. Then we had a couple of wins in the PL and made the CL final and all was forgiven. Now you’re calling for his head again. You are too flakey in your opinions mate, you should keep your powder dry instead of claiming we’re gonna win the league every year then having a meltdown every time we fall short.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry mate, every supporter should be questioning what is going on, four wins against relegation fodder since February, should absolutely have alarm bells ringing.

I like you Ace, even though I have not ever met you, but you are way off the mark if you think everything is rosy, it isn`t.

And anyway, when you going to meet me for a pint at WHL. It`s your round.

Oh so he agrees with me then. So what`s the problem. I say the team and the manager are producing dross, and it is all hell breaks lose. Ace says things are not going right, and he is spot on.

Got it. Same opinions, differing reactions.
