Zouma looks incredibly nervous this season. Surprised as he's the most experienced out of all the youth (bar Pulisic). He's not worth giving up on yet but I feel he's in a similar category to Barkley, this season is his last chance to prove he belongs.
Problem with Lampard's management is quite simple (IMO), he's too positive. You'd think a guy whose greatest managerial influence was Mourinho would have a greater respect for controlling transitions but so far he seems totally uninterested in the defensive. Simple things (to a Mourinho disciple) like off the ball positioning to close spaces either aren't there or demand so much of the players. There's echoes of AVB here, which is exactly why Lampard should be keenly aware of the dangers if he doesn't address it.
