It's a tad silly comparing 2 managers from 2 entirely different eras several decades apart.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Exactly. When Bill Nic won the double with us Pete Best was still the drummer in The Beatles. It’s now 2019, the world has changed, football has changed, THFC has changed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly, THFC sure have changed, haven't they ACE. They're not the Glory Glory Back to Back FA Cup-winning, European Cup-winning and Double League-winning Marching On Kings Of White Lane anymore, are they.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No we're not the same team that we were in 1961 funnily enough

If THFC isn't all about who we once were, and as Daniel Levy said in his New Stadium Opening Ceremony Public Statement hopes to become again (one of Europe's Top Teams were his exact words) then why on our official webpage is there a link that says 'The Club' and when we click that link we read ALL about our history with the introductory words stating:

:The Game Is About Glory.

The words of our 1961 Double-winning captain Danny Blanchflower reverberate around Tottenham Hotspur and everything we do, to this day and into the future.

We are about playing with flair, style and passion. Players, coaches, staff and fans – we move forward, together as one.

We’re so proud of our rich history. From humble beginnings in North London, we became the first and, to date, only non-league side to win the FA Cup in 1901 – the first of eight triumphs in the age-old, world-renowned competition thus far..."

Still not nice to disrespect our greatest ever manager Ace. Thought better of you. Like saying Jimmy Greaves was not very good because it was a different era.

Well seeing as WHL has been knocked down and it was nearly 60 years ago we won the double then no, I’d say not. You don’t half chat some facking bollox mate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So why do before every game do they show clips of the double team, and hear Jimmy Greaves talking on the big screens then, if they are irrelevant. To dismiss the greatest team and manager in our history shows you have zilch understanding of our great club, and is an absolute insult to their memory.

Honestly what sort of a reply is that. Everywhere you go at the new ground their are photo reminders of our greatest ever team and greatest ever manager. You obviously have very little, if any of what that team achieved.
