Something seems up with him and has been for a while. The one thing I've noticed most about him is that he's not in the advanced positions as much as he used to be. Is that a Kane thing or is that a Spurs thing? I'm not sure. But even though his stats have been good, he doesn't get as many braces or hat-tricks anymore. Hasn't got a hat-trick with Spurs in over a year which is unusual for him. So many times now I've made him captain of my FF team when playing a lower table team and come out of it disappointed he didn't get more points.

I think with Kane we and he are suffering from the way teams now set up against us. As a result our build ups get stifled, Kane gets little space and thus less chances. Less chances has seen him miss a few that youd expect him to take and because he's getting less the missed ones also stand out a bit
more. In the past he might have had 5 chances, missed 2 good ones and scored a hattrick, no one remembers the missed ones. Now he's getting 1 or 2 chances and if they arent both taken its often costly.

I think his coming deep is deliberate...He has an excellent eye for a pass and him dropping drags defenders away, creates spaces and allows Son/Alli/Lamela etc to run beyond him....just see how him coming to half way vs Arsenal dragged the defender away and Lamela & Eriksen went beyond him.

This is a ploy that can work because we have the players like Son to really take advanatge of space....how often do we see Son Kane Alli Eriksen all camped on the opposition 18 yard line trying to find space and create clear chances and failing.....too often. We need more dynamic movement and Kane dropping deeper at times is this and does work.

I dont think anything is up with him but i wouldnt blame a player of his quality for being disheartened at the fact we're already 7 points off the top. We need some glory this season.

Jamie Vardy -

170 Prem appearances
83 goals

Harry Kane - 168 games
128 goals.

Yeh much more consistent than Kane di** head. Not to mention the countless CL goals Kane has scored, international record and 6 years younger. Yeh Vardy is so much more consistent. What a pr***

100% we need glory this season and maybe Kane feels this season we have to win something. Regardless, he’s still one of the best strikers in Europe and no one can deny that.

When Kane scored 30 and Vardy scored 20, Kane scored 12 penalties, Vardy scored four. Kane scored 18 goals from 172 shots, Vardy scored 16 goals from 66 shots. Now sit down and shut up.

The only difference between Kane and Vardy is Kane gets a ton more chances. You look at goals but don't consider the variables like the amount of chances each player gets, the fact Vardy has been left isolated up front for the best part of two seasons. You don't consider these things because you're an idiot. Vardy is a lot more prolific and by that I mean he gets hardly any chances but scores when he does, Kane on the other hand gets a ton of chances and misses most of them.

I would have loved to have seen vardy at chelsea, think he could have got 30 a season the last couple years.
A shame both couldnt form a partnership for England, both top class.

So basically your admitting Spurs are better than Leicester as we create much more chances. Facts are Kane’s ratio of games to goals far dwarfs Vardy because Kane is by far the better striker. Couldn’t really give a flying f*** wether a deluded buffoon like yourself thinks otherwise. Kane is on another level to Jamie Vardy. Quicker you accept the truth, the better you will be for it. Oh and Leicester are no better than 8th place. Guarantee that will show once the season gets going.
