The picture in that article has been explained in the past. It was the trunk of an elephant from when a circus was in town and would be taken to the loch to swim in the mornings.

It's weird. Everytime I go for a dip in the loch, folk spot Nessie.. but I never see it.

Frustrating doesn't cover it.

Looks like someone on their side mid stroke whilst swimming.

Although they don't appear to have a head. Or legs.

Perhaps they were eaten by the giant eels that are long known to have populated the loch.

The only monster about Loch Ness was Mr Crowley.
