Christie for me was the only one who was decent.
McTominay was awful.
Well if he thinks he done ok last night i hope he remembers Friday cause he was completely honking then and needs to improve massively.
I think it is hard to try to compare us when we have played the best international side in the world right now
Yes some players played poor but we need to be realistic about these two games we have just played.
Top team in the world and a strong Russia team that competed very well in the world cup last year.
I'll reserve judgement for playing the likes of Finland, Bulgaria or Serbia

Cyprus, Kazahkstan? Not being deliberately picky, but it`s gone on for over 20 years now. I still think Clarke has to be given a few years, but I am not sure he will have the tools (thought about adding to this) to make a significant improvement.
Hope some of the younger players really start to make their mark.

Call sign those 3 teams would beat us no bother, we are not that level now, we are the minnow level, we are in the Andorra, San Marino etc.. level, and I don't expect us to win the Nations League play-off whoever we play will be a step above us.

I really thought you should have beaten Russia.
I cant remember Christie completing a pass in the first half and that was me watching him more than others for obvious reasons
twice he got into great positions tried to do stepovers and left the ball 5 yards behind him
Marshall was ok a suppose
Lukaku is horrific
i dunno mate we've been schite for quite some time
we have no cb's or cf's of any quality.
so scoring goals and keeping them out will be pretty tricky

the fact of the matter is Scotland won't get any better until they produce a decent defence
it's worrying that people at the game were talking about the boost McKenna will give us when he's back
Mulgrew playing on the right side of a back 2 was so painful to watch

wasn't the way I seen it at the game but understand things look different on TV, was better in the second half but I expected more from him
Matt Phillips is woeful as well btw.

We have average players and below average players. If you look back at previous campaigns we have relied on one person for a bit of magic to get us a goal... Maloney being one got us some important goals, Griffiths also and then further back McFadden. We don't have that player just now. We need to find that player for the play offs.
