Crowd noise through the speakers.
Build a decent new stadium and model it on that thing of beauty up the road ?
Why should Arsenal do more though? If the fans don't want to sing they wont sing.
To be fair the Emirates is a ground of great tradition.
Namely that of the Away fans singing "is this a library?"

They're just not a club that's bouncing or intimidating these days. Elland road has always been terrific for singing and atmosphere despite fallen down the leagues. Same for Pompey at Fratton Park, excellent support
Agreed Leeds has always been very good, depends on the region and club I've found.
'Big' clubs and ones based in London tend to attract tourists which dilutes the atmosphere somewhat.
Some clubs, just don't have great home support regardless.
Now they've got rid of Wenger they have nothing to sing about
Maybe do some songs in French or Polish?
You`ll find more noise in a monastery
They have to hear a volume level of min 75% using noise detectors. Every time the match average falls below that level the prices for tickets go up £2. Every time it goes above it goes down £2
7,000 Forest fans on the 24th should do the trick
Maybe blast out some songs to sing in the warm up to the game

Trouble is that alcohol seems to be more important to most fans, so they rush in at the last moment.
(Love it when they miss an early goal)
It's always the same melons who turn up late and leave early
Oh ore the fact they're wasting their own money and not contributing to pre game atmosphere... It's bloody annoying having to stand up to let them in!
Now going to be 9000 forest fans on 24th we'll sing a song or two for you COYR'S
I’ve been to many grounds (including Old Trafford) when it’s been as quiet as a monastery- the idea that the Emirates has a particular problem is perpetuated by tw@ts with an axe to grind.
The truth is that the price of the tickets attracts a large number of people who are not generally demonstrative - it’s a general problem that unfortunately cannot be fixed.
All major clubs and some lower down clubs have as bad if not worse atmospheres as the Emirates.
A few months ago a few Brighton fans were saying how crap the atmosphere was at the emirates and I went off on one.
Said that’s rich coming from Brighton fans when every game at the AMEX you can hear a pin drop and where most people there see Brighton as their second club.
Honestly they do. Was watching arsenal v Sunderland a couple of years ago in their stadium (TV) and when we scored the “Brighton fans” celebrated like mad. One real Brighton fan said “oh think we got a few Gooners in here”
