What about Darren O'Dea becoming the U18's coach. So long as he doesnt put across his hatchet man style then we will be ok.

Should not have been news to anyone paying attention on here?

Started this morning. No idea how he'll work out but the word I heard from the training trials they all did at the same time last season was Duff > McManus > O'Dea? Now they all got a job.

18s demolished a very decent Hibs side on Friday night. Only 5-0 but the movement, skill & pressing was reminiscent of the 1st team opener against St Johnstone. A real pleasure to watch and I don't often say that.

Its like when you were a wean and you were playing snooker at your pals hoose on his wee 6 X 3 table where he knows every dodgy bounce and wee run. Unfair advantage to the home side

Sounds good and promising for the future Silver. Yea the Tony Macaroni Arena

Hamilton is the Hope CBD stadium (need a few tokes to even try enjoy a game on that pitch)

That's actually a very good point that has been raised in Holland.

Its actually re-cycled tyres but in the US they worry about the toxins that are in it. Saying that in the US they fooking worry about anything that might make some lawyer money in a law suit.

The rubber can cause cancer especially on keepers who roll about in it, if you swallow enough it is dangerous. Needs banned asap.

They all claim budgetary reasons for installing them, fook off they had grass pitches for years and were not moaning then about budgetary reasons, if you are in the top flight grass should be a requirement.

Unfortunately, the evidence isn't there for that. It has been analysed many times.

Mind hamilton used to have cardboard fans with a tape playing crowd noises Then they got done with fraud. A bit iffy if you ask me. They might be the most ridiculed team in the SPFL (outwith Rangers obviously)

Everything is a poison if you eat enough of it.

There have been several studies carried out which have found no evidence of a link between these pitches and cancer.

More and better data is required to definitively prove either way.

At the moment its no more than an old wives tale.
