You’d think with those tactics it’d be easy for the opposition to figure out how to stop us.

Yet we’ve won 14 on the bounce, won the CL and Super Cup, have been unbeaten at Anfield in 42 games and lost one game last season, to eventual champions City. All with a midfield that ‘huffs and puffs’.

That’s an amazing achievement.

Even if it does, what's your point? That our midfield is not as good as our attack and defence? Everybody knows that. But it is still a hell of a lot better than United's and it still provides the support to the defence and attack which enables us to win loads of games, win the CL, get our highest ever points total in the league etc.

So again, in answer to your question, United would do better and Liverpool worse. But hey, at least Wahl agrees with you.

Somebody said they were an amazing team. I'm just saying where I rate you currently.

United's midfield is terrible....pogba played with Vidal, Pirlo & Marchisio. He didn't learn much from them I'll be honest with you. I totally understand why SAF chose others ahead of him.

They have no idea what they're doing. Midfield play is about decision making and high levels of consistency & accuracy at crucial moments.

You lot grew up watching Scholes & Roy Keane or Carrick. You think you'd understand midfield play. Go and watch a good tactical analysis of Liverpool.....the players are carrying out very difficult instruction. Things I don't think United's midfield are capable of doing personally for a variety of reasons....
