Yeah no question, looking forward to them both..... Leicester should be a great game. Love Madison & Vardy but not sure they are as strong as they were at the back

Is a bit ridiculous you are playing over in greece on the wednesday then early kick off...I would wager, it's to accomodate liverpool as per normal. They seem to have their games before man city every week, and with the most rest

For some reason I feel better about the tricky games away from home when we can play on the break. With Toby and Jan back together, hopefully Ndombele back in the team and a bit more space to play on the break for Sonny, Moura, Dele etc I actually fancy us to win both

Kane and Son together have 16 goals Vs Leicester in last 5 seasons. Ridiculous stat.

2 wins from our next 2 games and things are looking very rosy.

Lose either one and it will be doom and gloom though

We did get the early sat kick off after international break last weekend with a CL game tonight. But decent break to the weekend then.

Really can't see Sessegnon getting many minutes in the PL or CL this season. He'll be limited to the domestic cups.

Scoring 17 goals in 5 games ain't bad either!
Conceded 8.
4 wins and 1 loss.

based on last seasons showings he wouldn't get anywhere near the side anyway, based on merit. that said i concede that he was playing in a poor Fulham side, sometimes out of position, and probably had inferior coaching. but he was underwhelming to say the least. hopefully he becomes a bale type signing

Hope he starts against Colchester though. Not on the bench at the expense of someone like Son or Kane who we will run into the ground no doubt.

kane coming on v tranmere or whoever we played at about 6-0 up last season, in the middle of busy fixtures, in the freezing cold, was one of the most idiotic thing poch must have ever done. risking it all for zero reward - unless it is some kind of contractual agreement that he has to play at least 1 minute of every match when fit.

ludicrous. up there with some of AVBs nonsense in the Europa league with dembele (poch has also facked this up before)

I don’t subscribe that he was underwhelming last season.

He was about par for what he did in a team that was struggling badly.

It was actually a good thing he got to taste a full season in the prem before joining us.

Now I expect him to be brought through slowly while poch decides what he actually wants to do with him.

Looking forward to see how this pans out for him.

Don't know why, particularly, but Sessegnon is the player I'm most looking forward to seeing play for Spurs.

i don't disagree with any of this (apart from you saying he wasn't underwhelming). compared to the hype, he showed / offered very little, from what i saw....

he clearly has ability though, which we saw in the very occasional glimpse last season and i am sure poch can improve him

Poch said it was so the young fans of Tranmere got to see the England Captain and a World Class player at their stadium.

Put it this way James Maddison who everyone agrees had a great season only had 6 more goals contributions than Sessegnon in a far better team.
