We do have quality players though, just not enough to fill a squad. Patricio, Boly, Jonny, Neves, Moutinho, Jota and Jimenez would not be out of place in the squads of the top sides

The u23 game kicks off at 7 pm and us being shown live on Wolves tv. Tough game as Arsenal are unbeaten and joint top of the league. They have already said that first team players Hector Bellerin and Kevin Tierney will be in their team after returning from injury lay offs. Tierney joined them from Celtic for £25m in the summer

I wonder how much it will take though?
I don't see Fosun waiting as long as many seem to think
Nothing will happen while we can still progress from the group stage. The last match is 12th December, but we could be out before then, of course. The league results will pick up I'm sure. By 12th December we will have played 11 more league matches from which we ought to get something like 18 more points.
If by 12th December we have less than 20 points (from 16 games) and we are out of Europe then even Nuno will be looking over his shoulder.
Personally, as long as we are in the top 15 by Xmas (which I believe we will be) then Nuno is safe. But then I don't own the club (sadly)
Watched the last hour of the U23s game on Wolves tv. Arsenal had taken the lead in the first minute. Wolves equalised in the second half when Arsenal gave the ball away in midfield and Elliot Watt slotted it through for Jordao to finish well. Arsenal then upped their game and no surprise when they regained the lead when Balogun got his second. But Wolves kept going and earned a draw in the 91st minute when another great through ball from Watt saw Perry score on the volley.
Entertaining game played at a good pace. Watt and Jordao impressed in midfield and Sanderson played well on the right of defence. Nobody better than Kilman on the left of defence and I can see why he has been on the fringes of the first team.
