Because he is not European, fans don't want to hear it but the likes of Brendan Rogers would have got us playing better football than the dross we are currently playing.
He’s definitely not going to be the man for the long term. But he may still get us into CL. I hope the Watford game will be a positive turning point for him and the team. He’s got to improve from there, everyone has bad performances and makes mistakes, so I hope him and the team are clear now what we have to do. That game needs to be a big warning. I’m still on benefit of doubt stage for a bit longer, as he doesn’t quite have his best team. I really hope he makes a success, but in a month or so time and we’re still not improving from that Watford game, especially if we have players back, then the club will seriously have to start thinking of taking some action.
I’m staying positive for time being and hoping he can fix our main problems over next few games. Then we’ll see

I think the only way we might get top 4 is if the likes of united and Chelsea continue in the same fashion for the remainder of the season.
We won't be beat any top team away from home and I think we will drop a lot of point away from home in general.
If he doesn't get us into the cl he's gone anyway as he only has a 2 year deal.
Even if we do get into top 4 I think he should go, not sure if he could get us winning the league anytime soon.

Spain is no longer in Europe? When did this happen?!
The major problem is Emery. Tactically he is not top 4 standard and after 18 months he still can't speak more than pigeon English. Disgraceful. Our MF is like an open door when teams attack us. No cover for the defenders. Constant tinkering with formations, poor team selections. IF Rogers does a decent job with Leicester then we should try and get him. Maybe even get Rafa Benitez. Anyone but Maureen!!!
