I do agree with you that some of the rotation is pointless, and rotation for the sake of rotation.
Regarding rotation of the full-backs, Rose and Aurier have bad injury records, which might be why they're rotated so much, although I suspect Poch would do it anyway.

Full back... all 4 are either good going forward or suspect defensively/ vice versa
Center Backs... The main 2 still read the game great but are vulnerable to pace. Sanchez has regressed through lack of game time in the past 12-18 months
Defensive Midfield.... Dier/ Wanyama injuries have left CBs exposed & Sissoko simply isnt a good enough, technical or smart enough at the business end of the pitch
Central midfield.... Winks is progressing well but he's no Dembele
Attacking midfielders..... All fine players on their day but Lamela, Eriksen, Dele & Moura are all wildly inconsistent
Striker...... Still no competition for Kane (like he'd allow it)
Add to the mix we have 3 new signings with no track record in the prem, u can understand why he's hesitant to put guys in straight away. Its the obvious flaws/strengths in this squad that enabled us to get to CL final while playing like a team in relegation form for all of 2019

CB's - two best ones have 1 season left and regressed since futures been up in the air, Sanchez isnt an adequate replacement.
full backs - one good going forward, the rest are average to poor and/or injury prone. Needed a RB as priority in the summer, so obviously we didn't get one.
DMs - non existent in current set up
CMs - havent seen enough or anything of Ndombele and Lo Celso. Winks is decent but not taking us up the level we needed to go to.
AMs - all inconsistent, couple with injury and fitness issues
Kane - basically owns the club

I have gone for 2-0 Spurs, but depending on the manager`s team selection, Sprus could quite easily lose this game.
He should more or less stick with the same team that beat Palace for tomorrow's game. Same back 4, perhaps Ndombele in for Winks. I can understand changes in European ties as we have to expect a manager to utilise a squad full of players, even if you don't agree with it. But no reason to stray away from something that worked so well in the last (league) game. Sanchez playing at right back again for instance would be stupid and baffling.

Ok Sandy what team should he play every game

Not saying the team should be the same for the whole season, but a team similar to what I have put down should be given a run of half a dozen games minimum without being changed, injuries apart.

Sandy, why do you have to use an unfinished sentence in each article title? It’s like you never went to school.

He should more or less stick with the same team that beat Palace for tomorrow's game. Same back 4, perhaps Ndombele in for Winks. I can understand changes in European ties as we have to expect a manager to utilise a squad full of players, even if you don't agree with it. But no reason to stray away from something that worked so well in the last (league) game. Sanchez playing at right back again for instance would be stupid and baffling.
