I can't see anything other than an Utd win Unfortunately.

We are going to cremate Manchester United on Monday. CREMATE

Regardless of what team United pick, we are not winning this.

Our away form in the league is comical at best and I can see Daniel James having a Motm performance and Lingard with thr customary goal against us.

We won't create much

Not beaten a top 6 club away from home since 2015. Disgusting stat

Depends on what team we put out if we go with Xhaka in midfield then it will be struggle. A midfield of Guendouzi, Torreira and Willock will be significantly more mobile and will protect the defence better. It's time to be bold, have to throw in the likes of Tierney and Holding I just fear Emery will be conservative again.

Our record is poor there but really if we dont get a win there this time we never will, they are garbage.

But we have been garbage away from home for more than 2 years. Completely bossed by one of the worst teams in the league in Watford and dominated by the other in Villa

And Villa was at home.

Realistically can anyone really see us coming away with 3 points from old Trafford?

2006 ffs

We are bound to self destruct whether it's through a red card or a pen conceded

A result of the midfield being dire. While the level in quality will go up the template for how to play was displayed on Tuesday a hungry mobile midfield that was actually prepared to close down and move the ball quickly is the way to go and the three mentioned gives us the best chance of doing that.

Away from home in the cups and Europa we have been fine.

Pathetic in the league and struggle with the press

In the main yes but dont forget there are a few decent away performances in there, away to Tottenham we should of won and at United. Obviously a number of the players will change from Tuesday but I think keep the good feeling going, keep Tierney, Holding and Saka in the team and go for it, have my doubts Emery has the bottle to do it though.

Emery will almost certainly play xhaka. It’s likely to be a similar team to the villa game, just probably with Tierney and or holding coming in. Maybe Nelson over saka.

You want Ozil in the side so you've no business moaning about that. You can have Ozil or you can have an effective press. There's no both. Because Ozil is a lazy, fairweather, showpony

Any chance of an effective pressing game dies, the second you put Ozil's name on the team sheet.

Your lads should feel this is a real chance to change that stat.

There are 2 stats

Not beaten united at OT since 2006

Not beaten a top 6 team away from home since 2015

Pretty pathetic

4-1 to Man Utd if ozil starts

posted on 29/9/19

Even spurs have beaten united 2 or 3 times at OT in the last 5 or 6 seasons I think and so have a lot of mid to bottom tier clubs bar us.

Truely our bogey ground and team
