Interestingly just checked and the only chance they created was when they went 2-0 up. The 1st goal was like a 35yd shot straight at the keeper and the 2nd goal was a penalty that never was. The only chance the created was a few minutes after that. Remember Mourinho side conceding about 25 chances more and conceding 1 and we concede like 1 chance and concede 2 under Solskjaer.

This sort of reminds me of when Man Utd beat Arsenal 3-2 injuries wise and when written off when stats show completely opposite to what they were saying when Man Utd beat Spurs 3-0 under LVG 14/15 season and we barely conceded a chance until like last minute. The same at Anfield 1-2 win under LVG when they said they will blow us away when they couldn’t get out of there own box for most of the game. The media portrayed everything opposite and everything completely opposite happened in the game then what they said.

Hafi what about expected interceptions?

Also pundits wummed LVG home stats every weekend in 15/16 season when we averaged nearly double the opposition in shots and over the 2 seasons Man Utd got most points at home in the league under him. They always say the complete opposite to reality.

Expected goals is the only important reality.

ACE I have been to one football match. Honestly shocked how clueless pundits get away with such misinformation. If Greenwood could be a striker we need right now then I can see us go on an insane winning run. Interestingly our bad run of form came after we lost to Arsenal in a game they created like 2 chances and we had like 8 good chances. If they didn’t get the pen they didn't deserve and De Gea didn't let in howler then the only other chance they had was the one at 2-0.

What game did you go to bro?

I agree with you Hafi, Man Utd are still the best team in the league, the referees are clearly against them.

I think it was soccer aid. I picture him trying to explain to a 9 year old girl that some guy from Westlife was playing better than someone from One Direction due to expected goals, then getting arrested for making her cry.

Another clueless person. So if that is the case then why does nearly every team park the bus at OT? Its like they don’t watch the games.

No matter how hard they try they can’t stop Man Utd now.

Interesting. People don't realise all we need is to have players who can score regularly as defensive we are one of the best and in midfield we dominate most games territorially like Man City.

I reckon we should have got Javier Hernandez as a Lukaku replacement. The season started great but everyone knew we were 1 striker short. We have youth to fill that gap but we could easily signed a goal poacher we lack. If you look at the top 6 the other 5 score a lot of easy goals while we struggle despite getting into great positions regularly. I think maybe we were expecting Rashford to become good this season but he has regressed and now we got injuries not bringing in a striker to replace the one leaving and also losing a chance creator Sanchez even if he flopped means we don't have many options for squad rotation.

All our hopes this season rely massively on Mason Greenwood. If you said that after we spent so much money you would have laughed. In fact most of our players we rely on are the cheaper ones.

Don't care anymore. Man Utd hope of CL all rests in the EL. We have the worst strikers in the PL.
