Confidence seems to be coursing through the side now. It has been so long since that was the case. If Lamouchi can keep the core of Samba-Worrall-Watson+Sow-Grabban then he is all set to get Forest really aiming high.
Just giving you the Saturday off Rev 🤠
Chile
All good mate, but some will be blaming you if we end up losing tomorrow
Think there have been at least three different match thread authors so far? Sharing the red and white workload!
Feeling confident about tomorrow. Semedo hopefully makes the squad and there are some good options to freshen it up if needs be.
I’m going Forest 2-0 Bees. Grabban and Carvalho to get the goals. I reckon Carvalho is back at full speed and will ping in a long range special, possibly a free kick.
I'd take the team you suggest, but would have Bostock on the bench if fit, rather than Chema.
I have a soft spot for Brentford even though they have given us a lesson once or twice. Watkins and Canos key for them.
In all our home games scoring early will make a big difference. Samba didn't look happy to concede last time out so I think he will be doubly determined to keep a clean sheet today. I especially like Samba's positional sense. So many shots seem to go straight to his midriff or just above his head. Top keeper, PL scouts will be circling soon I expect. If Man City think a lot of Muric, how would they rate Samba.
An early goal for the Reds leads to a comfortable 3-0 win and hopefully a cushion between ourselves and the team in seventh.
Wish I was as confident as you guys. Forest always let me down the minute I’m feeling positive!
Brentford don’t look as good as last season but also are clearly still a tricky side with a goal threat. That early goal for us would certainly settle the nerves

Forest: Samba; Cash, Chema, Worrall, Ribeiro; Watson (c), Sow; Lolley, Silva, Carvalho; Grabban; Subs: Muric, Figueiredo, Bostock, Mir, Robinson, Ameobi, Adomah
Possession, passing and pace. Grabban has some players to feed him today
I'm looking forward to this one...
Should be a good footballing contest today.
Cash and Lolley getting joy down the right gybthe sounds of it.
Lamouchi rotating the squad well so far this season. Seems everyone is on their toes across the squad.
Will, it's a really good game of football. Both teams playing quick, short and sharp passing. No real chances for either side but a fascinating game to watch.
If we get two more, without conceding, we'll be top!
Smashed it from Worrall's header on the far post.
