I`d take Modric back for a couple of years, and Dybala would be splendid, but we have more pressing areas of the team to sort out first, like some decent full backs and a centre half.

Modric is too old now. He also didnt leave on good terms. He should go to China or Mls.

Modric pushed to leave because he wanted to join Madrid and win things..............which worked very well for him.
I am prepared to forgive him if he helps us even if it is only for 5 months!

From a personal point of view, from someone who despises the parasites from Madrid, I'd rather sell Eriksen to Athleti for a fiver and tell Real to make other arrangements for their older players they're trying to move on.
Their disrespect for clubs in their own league and around Europe knows no bounds!
In other matters - hope the golfs coming on well mate!

Apologies for slow response, not on here much these days due to infantile behaviour by some.
Golf average at present, been getting extremely tired after 11-12 holes over past year or so. Blood tests revealed I have pernicious anaemia, which requires me to have B12 injections every 12 weeks.😟💉

Missing camaraderie the mob still but can't complain, recently just started another job as a field service engineer working nationwide and offshore on variable speed AC motor drives - along with my pension, should cover my monthly trip to the Bridge ok!

I've been a big advocate of our academy for years but never expected to see this many come through at once, albeit our hand was forced somewhat. The lad that I think is the best hasn't even debuted in the League yet - I think Reece James is a future Chelsea captain in the making!
I'm thinking of campaigning to have the ban extended!
