Griffiths is a huge loss in the bread and butter games especially the tight games where his ability to score from out of nothing is second to none however I an of same opinion as the OP that we wont see him at the required level again sadly... . Obviously hope to be proved wrong so yes is the answer to the long answer to the question
Somethings not right with the Griff situation, he made his comeback, scored a couple of goals when called upon, then just completely disappeared.
Even though I have always rated him, I wouldn't be too sad to see him move on at this stage as we play better football with a striker who links play better, that only works if we can get a hungry replacement.
Bayo I like what I see, but he doesn't seem completely suited to our normal play style so i'm not sure if he's just gonna be used and a plan b type player.
Eddy has been great overall this season, but he's not quite been at the same level over the last few games, we seem to become complacent at times, the way rangers are consistently taking 3 points means we really can't afford to treat any game as a gimme, the later the season goes the more pressure our players in particular will be under.

Irrespective of all this we should be at the very least targeting a serious striker or two as I believe most of us fear that Eddie will go the same way as Dembele and Tierney did in leaving sooner than we want.
It should be a priority.

There's no doubt Eddy will be off soon, i'd be amazed if he's still a Celtic player come 1st Sept 2020.
Which means we need to be getting a new striker in this January for me.
Eddy carried the can last season too. Bayo joined as a prospect, he's still that. Oko-flex? Should be made up to challenge for a place and another forward bought in January. We've waited on Leigh long enough.
Yes I agree with the view that we need to bring in another striker for all the reasons mentioned. I’d also like to see wee Dembele and Oko-Flex given a few first team games to show what they can do for us. Lenny, get it done ✅

Doesn't help Eddie when we're just launching aimless long balls to him all day. He isn't that strong in the air and the 2 Livi CB's can just eat those big hoofs from the back up all day long.

Supposedly fell out with Lennon and smashed up the dressing room etc.
Might all be pash tho😳

Good point and i think we will see more of Oko_flex but i think Afolabi is the next in line to make the step up, scored a few in the reserves and is a powerful forward.

Rangers rested Morelos and worked a treat they have the better duo with Defoe, Bayo is not at that level yet.
