Robbing, you seem a bit obsessed about the number of games.

8 games into a league season. Less than a quarter of the games played.

You can whine all you like about which figure we use but the point about the 8 games is to highlight how early it actually is in the season.

Ultimately, he will judged on his league performance.

I’ve been against the Ole appointment since before he was brought in. And stayed that way. After the PSG game I was like ‘what the hell, let’s hire him as what a crazy win’ and then we descended into the kind of form that would do for any manager let alone a United manager

And this season has been shocking and thankfully he’ll be gone soon and when we have a capable manager people like Winston will be able to defend something with substance instead of an overqualified yes man who we all deep down know shouldn’t be there

Actually, it's spin to keep saying we're nearly in the relegation zone when in reality, there's only 8 points between 3rd and 18th in the table.

We sacked Rodgers after 8 games when we were 11th but it wasn't just because of those 8 games. We were playing boring football without a clear plan and had a woeful end to the previous season. The players seemed unmotivated and we were struggling to score goals.

Sound familiar?

Most people accept that the squad Fergie left was quite poor (not for him but that is what made him a genius) we gave another manager (the chosen one) 7 months as we couldn't fathom why he was not as good as Fergie. Hired another manager, with an amazing CV spend tons of cash on his players, win a cup, got super bored by possession football but fire him and then hire the 1 guy we should have had straight after Fergie who has an argued shelf life of 3 years to go and hire another one that we want to sack after less than a year in charge... you are so right Robb, it has proven soooo good we must do it again, yay! let the misery continue. Or we could be brave for a year more and make a valued decision next season after a half decent amount of time.
