We have scouts, a head scout, and coaches who should be scouting / considering players of various profiles (wonderkids, prem proven, best of British, foreign alternatives, world class players) so that whoever the manager is, we have extensive reports on potential targets.

The head scout gives them direction. We should be scouting the best players of varying profile so that no matter the manager, we have an extensive knowledge of who is out their.

If there's a fan movement to be had, it isn't getting the manager out, its getting ed out.

What I want to know and I've been wondering for quite some time now is what will it take for the fans to finally direct their anger at Woodward inside the ground because I've not heard anything negative aimed his way at matches and if things are ever going to change for the better, this is one thing that needs to start happening on a regular basis.

I doubt it would have any impact at all on the situation but it's time to turn the heat up and put that man under serious pressure at games and see if it leads anywhere.

To follow the logic you could say we don't need a manager either as every player already knows their position and that the aim of the game is to score more than you concede.

If we had a dof, running a thread, a theme, a policy, we wouldn't need Ole doing what he is having to do now. Again, should have been done 6 years ago and we would be better now for it.

If we're having a new manager, I would like Teh Hag.
A DoF preference would be VDS.
Though I do like Ole's choice of players.
