Probably but it’s not what the powers that be want so anything that make them look bad is good by me.
They might start doing something more about it

Letting them win by paying their money and not seeing a game.
what happens to the result of the game if they walk off during the game?
100% agree that these racist (predominantly) eastern european nations need teaching a lessson. But what about the thousands of travelling (non racist) away fans that have forked out thousands of pounds in this instance? If England truly want to make a stand then flat out refuse to travel and play these countries. Saying that plans are made months in advance to travel to these games so maybe 3 points should be awarded to any team that suffers abuse and has to walk off!
This could actually happen and it would be huge.
UEFA and FIFA would have some big decisions to make - England is a huge name in football.

would they have still agreed to walk off the pitch if they were desperate for the points?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who cares?
hmmm..
totally against racial abuse of course..
but where do we draw the line? - should the players walk off if fans abuse any player?
the one insident that springs to mind was when Andy Goram played for Norwich, he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.. the fans sang "there's only two Andy Gorams".. (which I find amusing) however if you're Andy Goram, I doubt you;d find it amusing at all.. is abusing a mental disorder ok?

If the Czechs want 3 easy points then making racist gestures is much easier than trying to beat England in 90 mins. The way the rules stand only England will be punished if they walk off and dont finish game.

Good idea, the only issue I see is that this isn't specifically a football or an association problem. It's a societal issue.
Football fans are the extreme version of the society they represent. It would be asking for a nation to change it's mentality which is a great thing but difficult to implement.
The easier solution after the walkout would be to just ban fans from attending as punishment and increase the length of the ban every time it happens. But you will always get the small minority ruining it for the majority just because they're cuuuuunts

Yeah that’s good
Bet Pele has a’no Via gra’ top on underneath as well
Whatever action is taken by players there will be someone, who isn't acually causing any issues impacted, it's unfortunate but for a team to refuse to continue playing cause a team mate has been racially abused is a very visual protest that will make big waves, yes some fans will suffer cause of it but the media attention somethign liek this would get, in a qualifier with a nation the size of England involved would go some way to seeing something actually done.
Hopefulyl a walkoff would then lead to harser punisments, fans being banned etc. cause UEFA / FIFA will not want it to happen again.
While I don't want to see anyone abused, if it happens I really hope they walk off and would think the vast majority of fans across the world will be supportive.
should absolutely be walking off if any racist or other abuse is aimed at a player. soon have something done more about it.
Ban the fans - simples

Most likely the game will be re-played at a later date with closed gates - so no fans. The hosts will also be hammared with a massive fine, which will line-up FIFA's treasury coffers nicely, for a nice Xmas bonuses and the hosts will be indicted for being a racist country.

I would say so too. If you're a player and some tw@t is giving you hard time by calling you racist names, you don't really feel like playing tbh...So I would agree. Just walk off
Unacceptable behaviour in 2019.
cant just walk off. a small minority of fans screw it up for the thousands of the non racist fans in the stadium and the millions around the world watching. stop the game and name and shame the idiots or the home team loses the three points.
make these guidelines before the game is played.if there is too many then for the safety of the players do it at halftime.
the players could be on their bus before the morons know what happened.
