Bit like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The players are shat not Poch. He will walk straight to a bigger side than us and do well for them. He is one of the few managers in world football who can walk into a mess and sort it out. Now we are in one and if the players are fed up of the coaching then they fack off dont they.

I just think the whole regime needs freshening up. It’s gone completely stale and he has lost the dressing room. Once that has happened, it’s almosr impossible to come back from. I have been firmly Pro Pochettino for years now, but our form the last 6 months has been nothing short of pathetic. It’s now got the stage where players are not responding to him. We need a fresh new approach in the hotseat. I don’t think Levy will sack Poch though, so it’s wether Poch decides to walk or not. Would love it to work out and Poch to turn it all around, but I personally think the damage has been done now. I believe the players fully turned on Poch when he dropped Moura for the CL final. It’s these stupid decisions that have put the final nail in the coffin.

Players turning on Pochettino for dropping Moura in the final has got to be one of the most overly used and unfounded statements going about recently.

Im fresh outta good ideas, got no idea where the next win is coming from. I don't want Don to be right but half the fit players are crap, the other half have their minds elsewhere. Those returning from Injury will need time. I don't think Poch knows who to pick or how to play or whether anyone is actually listening to him anyway. As for the coaches... Part of a bigger problem me thinks... They are all Poch's guys... One goes they all go I suspect.

Sad thing is I could see Jose coming in and grinding us to 4th with boring defensive football and a couple of smart/ experienced signings in Jan.... I'm not sure Poch and all his bollix about Long term projects & evolution is what we need right now.... I guess it depends on what Levy wants..,Loyalty and goodwill will only get you so far

Levy would be a complete mug if he sacked Pochettino today. I reckon he would only contemplate it if we are seriously out of the running for Top 4.

A new manager isn't going to have better success anyway - not with these players.

My point is that poch should make the change. Even if none go just bring someone new. A new voice. I’m not suggesting levy sack the coaches from under poch. He would clearly walk. The change would have to be driven by poch

Or, we could just do nothing and serve up the same bollox for the next 10 months that we have been for the last 10, which would probably see us relegated.

Players need to find other clubs if they bored to the point where they cannot do their jobs. They embarrassing themselves.

To finish top 4 we are gonna have to start winning some away games & stop throwing away leads. We all like Poch as a bloke and a manager but hes been failing (for whatever reason) for much longer than is acceptable. I dread to think what state we'll be in the Summer if we finish 6th

Not sure you can say that mate... plenty of teams have seen a change of fortune by changing the manager and keeping the same players. I don't want Poch to fail & go but we don't know whats going on behind the scenes & Levy cannot wait until the CL is under threat... We've been sh1lt for 9 months..... The evidence is there if you take your rose tinted specs off

I'm Poch in, and i want him to sort this out...... but i think the solution is becoming less and less clear as the days go on.

The Jose PR machine have been out in force, as hes admitted is desperate for any way to get to management with a premier league side.

Be very careful of what you wish for! Just look at the situation at United.
They was clamour for management change and LvG was shoved out the way by Edward and his merrymen, because United fans wanted a managerial change!
They got Jose and they didn't get the holy grail of the title, and to make matter worse, top 4 became more and more distant memory for them.
Now they are with an unproven manager. Had they kept faith with LvG, I am sure they would have fared better with a stable regime

You say you're Poch in, but why do you raise the question of freshing up managers?

Still comes down to transfers IMO.

Even Fergie said you need to get 2-3 first-team players in each season to freshen up the squad.

It’s a non starter though as never going to happen.

Best we can hope is the team get going and we get to jan and levy sorts out the mess and get rid of some and bring some in.

Levy and Mourinho is a recipe for disaster.
