I can probably guess how this one has gone without reading the comments...

The Liverpool fans all say Klopp

The one city fan says pep.

And everyone else makes a decision based on the personality of the coach they think they know intimately based on press conferences 👌

I think you’ll find I said depends on the club grated

Peps super and I love his Barca ethos.

Klopp is super hot for us and compliments our club as apposed to owning it like Pep does with City.

Klopp the clear winner for me.

Klopp for me, just seems like a nicer guy.
I'd like to see them both manage the exact same team.
Bolton say, impossible of course but my money would be on klopp.

Last night decided this debate anyway.

Any manager who can win a Champions League with a donkey like Henderson in his team is surely the winner.

Both top managers. I'd say Klopp, as he has had to rebuild the club and is more adaptable in style imo. Neither are a patch on Ole though

Depends on what context though. In Man United's case, they'd need Klopp imo. Klopp turned players such as Henderson, Wijnaldum, Robertson etc from bottom half/mid table quality players into some of the best in the league for their respective positions, no argument. The same needs to be done with some of United's players. Klopp has been capable of improving the games and development of every player at Liverpool really.

Pep has done the same with many players at City as well, but he already had some top players to work with and improve and he also has bought a lot of talent that were at the stages in their career where they were hitting their peak but could flourish under his style of play. Berardo Silva and Laporte probably the best examples.
