<Aye I think I might have seen the programme already.>
No such thing as 'Trespass' in Scotland.
Freedom to Roam has always been generally accepted in Scotland but
only became enshrined in Law by the Scottish Parliament in 2003.
Lost count of the number of times I've heard 'this is private land/road'.
Only one private road in Scotland. Quarter mile A93 - Balmoral Castle.

Freedom to Rome on the other hand.....
As long as you're >100m from a dwelling or main road, and are not
causing nuisance, you can wild camp anywhere in Scotland.
I’ve known about the right to roam for a long time. The toffs don’t like it very much

Not about Gloag.
She is a mess.
Her 'safety barrier' is a fraction of the Queen's.
It's about millions of people over centuries.
Including the weans I was with.
And me dozens of times a year as long as I can walk.
Freedom to Roam is a fact.

Rodgers was gifted rats & I thank him for his music but not a nice guy.
Jack Bruce was an acquaintance of my oldest sister.
