City are beginning the transition to a new team and that will pro ably mean that liverpool romp home this season. You cant have kompany go, Silva be in his last year and fernandinho showing his age and not expect things to need rebalancing.
Rodri is a good buy, foden should get more games but De Ligt in my mind was the go to this summer that the club clearly wouldn't but the money (largely wages) down on.
Its liverpool's year and they will deserve it.

Klopp is superb at getting results out of what we might describe as average players - relatively speaking.

Could get 30 plus as he'll get the ball more without Mane in the team. He'll get license to roam where he wants on the pitch without thinking of defending and he'll be the focal point. He'd easily score more.
