I did wonder if he planned to see it through to jan with an 'injury'but then there was talk of him coming back. Looks like I might have been right.

He has great talent, but he doesnt offer enough on the pitch to make up for the drama that surrounds him off it.

I'd sell ASAP for the right offer and move on.

I think your fans are now seeing what costa was like for us (although pogba has dragged on for longer and is even worse with the comments etc). Atleast costa performed on the pitch for the most part

If the recent rumours about Kroos being linked to United are true then I'd be willing at this stage to let Pogba go in January if we can get cash and Kroos in the deal. Use that cash to go for Fernandes and I'm sure we'd still be up on the deal. At the very least I'd expect we'd break even.

The problem would be convincing them to come to United mid season. I reckon Fernandes could well come quite easily but Kroos may take a bit of persuading. However, he may fancy playing in England during his career and he's only 29. A midfield of Kroos, McT and Fernandes is, on paper, much better than what we have now IMO.

I would expect Pogba to be replaced if he was sold.

He's our best outfield field player. His output isn't bad considering the team he has around him However, we can't afford our best player to be someone who only turns up when the conditions are just right, especially in the state we are in a the moment. He can absolutely do one for me.

I'd try to get Kroos as part of the deal in January and go for Eriksen. I know these aren't young players but we are sorely lacking quality and experience in midfield at the moment.
