Both teams were absolutely dreadful. A shocking game of non-rugby. Wales were very lucky to beat France who would at least have had a go at playing the game in the semi-final.

Do not go gently into that good night. Kick it up into the air and hope the bloke in the other team drops it.

Bang on analysis. Now, ABs v Wales for pride, and what a final for Saturday

I just cheer myself up by reading the Stoke City forum called Oatcake.
They got turned over by Rowetts Millwall yesterday they’ve not been happy since the start of last season. They thought sacking Rowett was the answer but it just gets worse.

We have to give Cocu time. Our Academy are producing some gems and could really make the difference. They are not quite ready but in my opinion we should stick at it and get them into the first team.

Short term pain, long term gain. Unfortunately many of our fans don’t have the patience for this and are already calling for Cocu’s head. This is ridiculous.
We had a run of 6 winnable games. We won 3 drew 1 and lost two. Not a total disaster.
The performances have been poor but I believe Cocu will find a settled method soon.
Boro next. Lets make them feel most unwelcome especially Gibson if has the balls to show up.

Also the site of the Benny Rothman mass trespass. Heroes everyone and vindictively jailed by the land owning magistrates of Derbyshire,

Was Arthur Lowe when you were child Heb?

Spart, when the Tissington Trail opened in 1971 the powers that be decided that it was primarily as a bridleway, (how many people has a horse in 1971)?

I remember as a kid the ballast being removed and replaced with soil, (rather that the more bike friendly surface it has now). So not much had changed in the corridors of power in the intervening 40 odd years!

There is a bigger plaque in Hayfield dedicated to Benny than the blue plaque for Arthur Lowe.

Don't have a link but have just seen a heart warming photo of Igor and 666, dancing blissfully on a beach in Ibiza. It explains their absence and I plan to join them......
