So who's enjoying our Transfer Ban season?

It is very enjoyable so far and we still could finish out of the top 6 and it wouldn't really matter as long as the progress in developing these players continues to move forward.

Transfer ban?

Who are you kidding? You've raided whole of Europe before the transfer ban and players like Pulisic were already in the bag, making the transfer ban totally futile.

Worst case of bending the rules, or cheating the system I think. The only reason I am not that concerned is because it has given some English players a chance to play.

But transfer ban? It's like I buy 1 million toilet rolls, before the market says it has sold out for a year!

As alluded to by Brummie earlier in the season we know that there are going to be bad days at the office, when you are dealing with the inevitable inconsistencies that will naturally accompany young players. Meanwhile, just strap yourselves in and just enjoy the rollercoaster ride.

I said it too Summer. Did an article on it :

I see moregreaves is still struggling with his teams (no not Brighton ) fall from grace!

It must be hard for him to see us dip into the academy and pull out kids they would love on their books!

It's a breath of fresh air after some of the transfer failings we've had to endure whilst knowing we had kids who were equal to the task in the academy and all round Europe.

I have a feeling that the events of 77, with Eddie Mac, won't be repeating itself - I doubt Frank is in need of a company car!

I was worried if the players would be good enough, clearly they are...my main concern now is, especially for the U21s is the physical demands of a full season...these are still young men and they still need to develop their bodies...so i would caution Frank on overplaying them...right now i am a bit worried about Mount...i think he needs a rest..

But as already said, this season is an absolute pleasure so far and as a fan i feel no pressure
watching us play which makes it more enjoyable
