Congratulations Forest. I can’t say I think we were robbed but had it finished a draw I don’t think there would have been any complaints from either camp. I thought Forest were overall more comfortable in possession than we were and gave the ball away less, especially second half, so Forest were able to keep a bit of momentum going whereas we often fizzled out in promising positions. Cash had a very good game I thought and Ameobi always looked a threat.

I’ll take that. Never really got into full stride but always had a bit more nous on the ball than Derby. Superb backing from the fans once more. Roared the lads over the line again. 👍🏼

Derby deserved all they got for having a full back named after an eighties table top game anyway.

Silva has a good game and was fully deserving of the MOTM at game (believe Sky gave it to Worrall?). Got his foot in a lot and was calm in possession which was exactly what was required.

Grabban took his goal well. Hadn’t had many sighters beforehand but there was no doubt that was going in the Trent End net.

Ameobi has the most out of control legs since Travolta! He doesn’t even know where he is going next when on the ball. Great entertainment!

Cash had his flank fully sewn up and the Rams didn’t fancy taking him on. He rampaged forward well and is looking a standout for player of the season at this early juncture. Lad just can’t be stopped when on the move. Reminds me a lot of Gary Charles when he used to overlap as a youngster down the right and cause chaos in the opposition half.

Good job we got the win today. West Brom and Leeds won’t be letting up. And Preston are looking very strong. Think we’re then in the next group with Swans, Bristol City, Weds and Fulham. It’s going to be very tough and we have 4 really challenging games coming up. If we can get 8/9 points that would be amazing

Without another striker (wish we could get Gayle) I think top 2 is out of our reach

A word for another fantastic display by Forza Garibaldi at the Trent End just before the match. Hope it came across on tv how much work and effort went into it. It must take a serious amount of thought and planning. Was a brilliant tribute for armistice weekend.

It really looked impressive and got the blood pumping as MoK started.
