Who is this team and what have they done to my Leicester?

No one is scoring against us! You do not lose if you do not let a goal in.

Superb Result, really is promising to be a successful Season.

Brilliant result in the end but a tough game. I’ve not felt that nervous at a game in quite some time. Yes we were the better team and looked like we could win but we weren’t clinical enough and Arsenal caused us problems and looked like they could score. The reason they didn’t was because they were poor!

Our subs made a big difference so credit to Rodgers for that. The best one was Praet who was superb. He totally blocked the Arsenal midfield and enabled us to take back control of the game.

For me, Perez and Barnes didn’t do enough. I’d happily see One of those dropped for Praet in the next game.

But overall a brilliant win and great to cement our place in the top 4. I can’t believe we’re watching our team do this. Leicester City!!!

Aren’t we the team that lose 0-1 to Rotherham on Boxing Day? Insane.

Good points Mersey
Who would play the wings if you drop perez or Barnes for Praet

Congratulations on the win, didn't fancy us to get anything before the game though. First 60 minutes relatively close, Leicester were the better side buy we had a few opportunities. I just always felt it was only a matter of time till Leicester score. It was far too easy for you when you went 1-0 up, you then killed the game off and we were shocking last 10 mins not even showing any fight! Leicester in poll position for top 4.

Barnes didn’t enough Mersey?! He was the reason for our first goal - absolutely amazing touch in the penalty area to set that up as highlighted on Sky. He looked dangerous whenever he went forward, he’s got pace and he’s skilful. He’s just a kid and it’s not so long since he was playing for West Brom. I think we need Barnes in this team and I’m delighted to have him

And while Praet is a great signing you surely can understand how much of a forward threat we could lose by taking a wide forward player out of the team for a deeper no.8 midfielder. It would change our dynamic completely when there isn’t really any need to

I take your points BS.

And I’d drop Perez and play Praet wide right. He could link play better than Perez and also present more cover.

There’s no denying there was a gaping space between our defence and midfield today that Arsenal failed to exploit. Perez isn’t adding enough going forward yet for me and Praet is just a more rounded player.

Maybe not against teams that will sit in, but against the more attacking teams Praet could be more balance we need.

Barnes has the odd moment today no doubt and he is young and developing, but he has had two below par performances for me. I’m still happy to see him keep his place as, like you say, he does have a moment in him and is learning.

Credit to Gray. He played well.

Yeah, no need for any of that in this scenario. Barnes had 2nd most assists behind De Bruyne. And he gives the opposition something to dread and mark

Mersey, that was my first game at the new Stadia. If memory serves, they were bottom and went down?

They also deserved the win!

Yes. I treated my parents to tickets for that game to pay back all the times they took me. My god we were awful that day. I’m pretty sure we had no shots on target against the worst team in the league.

We were terrible then.

How different things are now. Let’s enjoy them. Good question - is this the greatest era ever for Leicester City football club?

Maybe?
My last game was against Charlton on Boxing day. They scored in the last minute and we drew 1-1.

PS. I prefered Filbert St.

I’ll always love being below the double decker in the kop with our singing reverberating off the roof and Muzzy volleying that goal against Spurs.

Yey football.

Shrewsbury 5-2 is the best Leicester game ever.....

Worst was Villa park against Spurs and Ian Wilson's own goal. IMO.

Some things don't change though, I see the London media are suggesting that Arsenal have identified Rodgers to replace Emery, I guess all they need to do is click their fingers and he'll go running.

Maybe Vardy will go with him?
Pi$$ off Arsenal as we are on the up and that is Vardy stayed!
