Yet we managed to get investors in the lower leagues who came in fixed the stadium and went have spent considerable sums since on fixing the legacy issues and improving the playing squad while filling funding gaps on the way up.....

You are the one that thinks there is no chance of getting damages in a clear case of misrepresentation and for errors in the substantials. Even the most basic understanding of business law would have pointed to their being a case to answer but hard to grasp that between heating up beans and frying eggs i guess

The one and only time I listened to Zoe Ball was a random Friday when they were in performing. They sounded great in the studio.. had Riley playing with them, playing on the song written about him 😂

Was good listening to them being interviewed too, seem like a sound bunch. Didn't realise that the lead singer/writer had also produced pretty much every decent band/artist out of Liverpool in the past 10-20 years

I would imagine this will make merging the two companies together a more attractive proposition.

I'm not sure how people think we would still have ended up with whyte though.

He bought the club from administration.
If it hadn't been overestimated by 50m then surely there would have been no admin. Particularly when we were reducing debt year on year at the time.
