TBF I think Wednesday may have been a bit tardy submitting their info. Those accounts don't backdate themselves.

Derby next

Anyone got any idea what "92.2.1 order a party to do or refrain from doing anything" means?

If found guilty, most likely a sanction, points deduction or embargo on signing players. Anything else would certainly set precedents.

About time. And it would appear they're in some very serious trouble looking at this

As someone said above, Derby will most likely be next. And it will be beautiful

oops

Manchester City have failed in an initial bid to have the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) halt Uefa's investigation into a possible breach of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.

I'm sure there will be many more to come

What's the difference between selling your ground or selling a player? They are both assets which you can choose to dispose of or keep? Provided you don't claim to do it more than once it is normal practice in business.

The difference is pretty obvious isn't it? You can't sell your players to yourself for a made up fee to balance the books!

One we are not selling the ground to ourselves. It is to a separate company with the same owner. It is also common practice to transfer assets to other businesses with the same owner.

Secondly, teams with owners who own other clubs abroad do transfer players between each other, e.g Watford and Nottingham Forest.

No you’ve sold your stadium at an inflated price to get round the rules.

You would have had an transfer embargo

You cheated

Sheffield Wednesday have tried claiming they sold the ground to company at a massively inflated price, even though the company they are claiming it was sold to, wasn’t even a company until a year later.

Blatant cheating and have been found out. Will get a points deduction.

Now if your too stupid to realise this, well what can I do to educate you.

Thankfully your grubby little club is struggling.

A club where your players shat on the floor of our changing room.

A club who’s using a betting company to pay for a fat, granny sh@gging stubber

A club who lets its players get hammered and drive home, nearly killing its captain

A club who gives away season tickets with mobile phone contracts, because it’s got no fans

A club who plays in a soulless flat pack heap of what

A club who once it gets its points deductions, will be playing in league one next season.

Now get facked

Not speaking for LIW, but this last 18 months or so they've been utterly horrible cheating #uckers.

Their representative on the EFL board should go quick-time. These Derby #unts can't lie straight in bed. Infecting the whole league.

Yeah, and I feel for you to a certain extent, but other clubs are making hard decisions to comply with P&S. We sold our best goalscorer and best defender in the summer.

It's your owner's fault, not the fans, but there has to be consequences.

Anybody would think we disappointed you at the end of last season when all your fans turned up to see a coronation but you forgot the crown.

The stadium was valued by independent surveyors so how could it be an inflated price. It would probably cost significantly more than the £80M to build a similar one today.

Oh do £uck off. You know it's not worth £80m. Not even half that. Keep sucking Mel Morris's (ock though, he may give you a pat on your head, you gullible tw@t.

You may get away with this, but I sure as £uck hope you don't.

Cheating $(um. At least the Wendies know they've done wrong.

Surely that isn't the point. Point is Derby tried to cheat to get round the rules. I have no issue with Sheff Wednesday but I sincerely hope your grubby little club gets its comeuppance.
